Happy 2nd Birthday Adam.....

It is hard to believe that we just celebrated our little guy's 2nd birthday! What a fun and challenging age this is. We are so thankful to God for this little character. He was brought into this world October 15, 2012. Life is better with him in it. I dedicate this post to my Adam Jared.

(so Nate got you a duplo block set for your very own)

(I am not looking forward to getting rid of it....but we will soon)

.....you have a funny sense of humor

.....you can be whiny sometimes

.....you love to play doggie with Luke

.....you became a big brother this year

(and are super sweet to baby Aaron)

.....you can count to 10

.....you like to color with Lauren

.....you love to wrestle with your big brothers

.....you love being outside

.....you love to ride your bike

.....you voice is so sweet

(like a munchkin)

.....you like to sing the song "Stand Up for Jesus"

.....you love your tubby time

.....you used to call yourself "Diamond"

(and it stuck...that's what Daddy calls you)

.....you sleep with a little monkey

(you've had this special monkey your whole life)

.....you love to be read to

.....you have a very special story behind your name

.....you love to play with your cars

.....you take a 2 hr. nap every afternoon

.....you like to look at Noah's coin collection

(he even gave you some coins for your birthday)

.....you eat a PBJ everyday for lunch

.....you are a great traveler

.....you love it when we go back to PA to visit family

.....you and Noah are best buddies

.....you like to act silly

.....you pretend to make me food with Lauren's little kitchen

.....you try to sneak gum all.the.time

  You are such a joy to our family.  It is really sweet to see you in the role of "big brother."  We are so thankful to our gracious God for your precious life.  Daddy and I pray for you everyday. We pray for your salvation and that God would give us wisdom and guidance to raise you up into a godly man. I am soaking in your sweetness as much as possible.
